The Gönci Barack Gastro is about gönci apricot: we put it in everything. So, we asked every restaurant owner to be inspired by it. Bite it, sip it, dry it, caramelize it – and have it on the plate. There is going to be apricot jam-making, apricot pálinka and apricot syrup. Donut, filled puff pastry and potato lángos (deep fried flatbread). Excellent wines, special jams, even organic honey made under himself God’s hands!
There is going to be distiller viewing, tasting, fire-making in an outdoor oven, brunch at the market, pastry and children’s favourite meals. Also, tasty wines and the country’s coolest beers. Everyone who comes to the Gönci Barack Vigasság should expect a hedonistic weekend. This year also, the guests will be able to travel by our favourite train between the Bestillo Garten and the Castle of Boldogkőváralja.
The Gönci Barack Vigasság is family- and child-friendly. The programs are great for relaxing for everyone and we welcome everybody, from the youngest member of the family to the oldest! Besides the programs the youngsters can participate all day in a playing-house and try different kind of handicrafts such as pottery or they can learn the creative use of recycled materials maybe even get to know the art of wood-carving and vitreous enamel.
